Functions - Wine and Dine
The Fermain Valley Hotel offers a choice of three excellent restaurants which can cater for informal lunches, buffets, cocktail receptions or indeed fine dining.
The Brasserie can seat up to 80 people for a sit down meal, or 100 people for a more informal buffet, whilst the Valley Restaurant seats 50 people for a sit down meal, or up to 80 for a finger buffet. Both restaurants have their own bar and also outdoor terraces which are perfect for pre-dinner drinks or dining in the warmer months. A number of smaller rooms are also available for private dining if required.
We can also arrange business lunches and dinners for you at Guernsey’s only Michelin star restaurant, ‘Christophe’, which is in the hotel grounds.
