From September 1st 2009, our fine dining restaurant will be relocating to the Fermain Valley Hotel., under the name, The Palm Court Restaurant.
The Christophe Restaurant building in the hotel's upper gardens will be developed as a dedicated conference,
banqueting and events venue.
Christophe Vincent has been appointed Executive Chef for both hotel restaurants - The Palm Court
Restaurant and the Valley Brasserie - as well as the banquet and functions facility in the newly deployed
conference centre which will be available for private hire.
