Fermain Valley Hotel
Fermain Valley Hotel has 43 bedrooms each furnished to a high standard with particular attention being paid to great beds and luxurious bed linen to assure you of a good night’s sleep. 32 rooms are located in the main hotel building with eleven bedrooms being in The Venue, a separate building, just a short stroll up the hill through the gardens from the main building. Platinum bedrooms all offer spacious accommodation and sea views; Gold rooms have balconies and Silver rooms are inland facing. The Venue building has Gold rooms, with valley views, and Silver rooms.
Treat yourself to a sip of sherry from the complimentary decanter in your room or a drink from the generous hospitality tray. Pamper yourself with our fluffy towels and Elemis toiletries, wrap yourself in a dressing gown and relax and read your complimentary copy of the local newspaper. Room facilities also include mini fridge, fruit plate, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, hairdryer and WiFi access throughout the building.
Rooms are available as doubles or twins and some of the larger rooms can accommodate an extra bed and are suitable for family use. Extra beds or cots are available at a small charge.

Silver Rooms
Silver rooms are the standard rooms at Fermain Valley. They are beautifully appointed and equipped with all the facilities you require for a comfortable night's stay. There are some Silver rooms in the main building of the hotel and the remainder are in The Venue, a self contained building a short walk uphill through the landscaped gardens.
Gold rooms
The majority of Gold rooms are located in the main building of the hotel, with four located in The Venue, a self contained building located a short walk uphill through the landscaped gardens. Main building Gold rooms have balconies with lovely views out over the valley. The Venue Gold rooms also offer lovely valley views but do not have balconies.
Platinum Rooms
Platinum rooms at the Fermain Valley are the most spacious and all offer lovely valley and sea views. They are very comfortably appointed and have space to accommodate an extra bed or cot so are suitable for use as family rooms.
