The Fermain Valley is home to one of Guernsey's most sophisticated cocktail bars and restaurants. The Rock Garden offers an informal dining experience where you can choose from a huge selection of tapas dishes, choice of sushi, classics like Boeuf Bourguignon or an aged, man-sized T-bone steak. There is also a selection of sharing platters in addition to the array of tapas dishes so you can eat as little or as much as you like.
The Rock Garden has a huge choice of cocktails, many of them being much loved classics such as Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini mixed in with some signature ones such the Rock Garden Flower, Fermain White Lady and the highly original Oliver Twist - a gin based cocktail with a flavour of Thailand!
The House Champagne is Moet et Chandon and Dom Perignon is also available for those very special occasions.
A unique feature of The Rock Garden is its video wall that is able to make you feel transported to a different place. The restaurant has a lovely sheltered patio surrounded by a granite wall and rock garden that is most attractively lit up at night.
Popular with locals and guests alike, The Rock Garden is a venue well worth experiencing and reservations are essential. It is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to midnight.
