The Valley Restaurant is a relaxed place to eat and drink offering all-day dining with the most beautiful views from the terrace deck. Winner of the Guernsey Quality Assurance Award and a holder of 2 AA Rosettes, it's a place to enjoy excellent cuisine and choose from a varied wine list.

BREAKFAST MENU
From our fluffy pancakes to omelette aux fines herbes, enjoy some of our all time favourite breakfasts on our terrace or restaurant. Available Monday to Friday 7am to 10am or Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10:30am, £13.50 per person.
LUNCH MENU
The Valley Restaurant Lunch Menu is a great way to enjoy a midday break with your co-workers, friends or family. Available Monday to Saturday 12pm to 2pm, 2 courses for £15 or 3 courses for £19.
LOUNGE MENU
Take a seat on one of our comfortable sofas by the fire or relax outdoors on the terrace admiring the stunning views down to Fermain Bay while enjoying our Lounge Menu. Available Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 11pm.
TABLE D'HOTE MENU
Join us for our daily changing set menu at The Valley Restaurant and make it an occasion with our fabulous starters, wonderful main courses and scrumptious desserts. Available Monday to Saturday, 6pm to 7pm, 2 courses for £15 or 3 courses for £19 or from 7pm onwards, 2 courses for £19 or 3 courses for £25.
DINNER MENU
Indulge with the exquisite A La Carte Menu served in The Valley Restaurant and enjoy the best of the local produce. A vegetarian menu is also available. A La Carte Menu is available from 6pm to 9:30pm.
PUDDING MENU
Our Pudding Menu is a perfect way to complement the end of your dining experience at The Valley Restaurant.
