Guernsey’s Hidden Paths…

10th February 2021

We have so many wonderful walks on our beautiful island of Guernsey, but lots are missed too.

There are numerous hidden pathways, lanes and passages all around the island and we would love for you to go and find them, and other new routes on your 2 hours of exercise.

We think we’ve seen the whole island and know it all, but we don’t … there are countless secret gems for you to find.

It’s a great opportunity to get a little lost in these enchanting pathways that we have on our doorstep.
Perhaps you could tell the kids that you’re going fairy finding to make the experience even more fun and magical for them.

Some of these paths you can cycle down too, so if you’re out on your “pushang” give them a go!
(If you’re not quite sure what this means, click to find out!)

We have added a little map with hints of where to find a few of these paths, lanes and passages so go and get lost in nature!

Ron Short Walk (National Trust of Guernsey), Route des Talbots, St Andrews is a good starting point as there’s lots of paths and lanes to get lost in around that area. The scenery and wildlife is just stunning.

If you find more when you’re out on your adventures, please send them to us at [email protected] and we will add them to our map. We just love finding new areas to explore on our little rock.

Enjoy!
